This integration automates the exchange of data between ServiceM8 and Unleashed, ensuring job, customer, and inventory information is always up to date across both systems.
Automated Job Sync: Jobs in ServiceM8 are regularly checked and relevant data—such as customer details, materials, and taxes—are used to create Sales Orders in Unleashed.
Customer & Product Validation: New customers are created on the fly, in Unleashed and missing items in Unleashed are handled through fallback defaults.
Duplicate Prevention: The system checks for existing orders before creating new ones to avoid duplication.
Inventory Updates: Product pricing, costs, and stock levels from Unleashed are pushed back to ServiceM8.
Error Handling & Notifications: Issues are logged and emailed automatically for visibility and action.
