Automated Order Processing: Incoming purchase orders from PurchasePlus are captured via webhook, with order data — including delivery details, line items, quantities, and pricing — automatically creating Sales Orders in your inventory system (such as Unleashed inventory).

Cancellation Handling: When a PurchasePlus order is marked as cancelled, the integration automatically deletes the corresponding order in your system, keeping both platforms aligned without manual intervention.

Smart Customer Matching: Incoming orders are matched to existing customers in your inventory system or to a generic customer. Behaviour on new or unmatched contacts is fully configurable — the system can be set to create new contacts automatically or to flag them for manual review.

Flexible Field Mapping: Order fields including delivery address, dates, instructions, line items, and charges are mapped accurately across both platforms. Delivery charges are handled as a configurable line item, with zero-value charges ignored automatically.

Error Handling & Notifications: Failed processes trigger email alerts with detailed reasons, allowing quick resolution through reply-based reprocessing — no technical intervention required.
